Camper BMS is a booking and property management system (PMS) built for campgrounds, caravan parks, and holiday parks across Australia. We provide a comprehensive software solution to help you accept bookings online and manage various aspects of your business operations.
Yes. Australian campgrounds can create an account, set up their park, and explore the full dashboard before taking a single booking. Your first 30 days carry no platform fees, so there's room to import your existing bookings and get everything configured before anything is billed. Add-ons (incl. SMS) are billed separately.
Our system updates availability records when a booking is created or updated, showing guests exactly what's available without guesswork. This reduces the trial-and-error process and cuts down on unnecessary phone calls.
Our platform integrates with card payment providers including eWay, Square, Westpac OnlinePay, ANZ Worldline and Pin Payments using your own provider accounts. For recurring lease payments, you can also collect by Direct Debit through GoCardless using your own connected account. Our hotspot creator lets you map physical spots on an image of your campground, allowing guests to select exactly which site they want by clicking on the map. Auto-detect hotspots straight from your map image, or create them manually for full control.
It's a flat fee per booking and per lease: $2 per booking and $12 per lease. Bookings and leases are tallied as they're confirmed, then billed on a single invoice at the end of the month via Stripe. Your first 30 days carry no platform fees. No subscriptions, no minimums. SMS is billed separately.
You're billed a flat fee for each booking and each lease once it's confirmed and at least 24 hours old. That 24-hour grace period means anything created and then cancelled within a day is never billed - and neither are reserved holds or drafts. Bookings and leases created in your first 30 days aren't billed at all.
