What about my forward bookings in my current system?
The default switching path is parallel running. You leave forward bookings in your existing system to fulfil as normal, point your website's booking link at Camper BMS, and take all new bookings on the new system from day one. The old system winds down naturally as those bookings work through. No risky CSV migration of live reservations. More on switching here.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. The booking widget drops into any website with a single embed snippet. No rebuild required. If you don't currently have a website, you can also send guests directly to a hosted Camper BMS booking page.
What if I want to leave?
You can leave whenever you want. No lock-in contracts, no exit fees. You can export your booking data, guest history and invoices to CSV at any time. The beta isn't a trap.
Where does the money flow?
Guests pay you directly through your connected payment provider (Square, eWAY, or another supported provider). Card details go straight into the provider's hosted fields and funds settle into your own account. Camper BMS never holds, routes or settles guest funds. Our platform fee is invoiced separately each month via Stripe - it's never deducted from guest payments.
Are there hidden fees on top of the platform fee?
No, but there are some optional add-ons you can opt into if you want them. SMS messaging (200 free each month, $0.20 per extra message, $39 one-time setup), API access ($0.05 per write request - read requests are free), and manual site map creation by our team ($100 per map - or draw it yourself for free). Your payment provider charges its own processing fees separately - those don't pass through us.

How does the beta work?
Applications are reviewed individually rather than first-come, first-served - so the order of applying matters less than the fit. Beta parks keep their beta rate for the life of their account.
